What Countries does E-Cigarette Outlet deliver to?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom by default, however, if you are an international customer, please get in touch at sales@E-cigoutlet.co.uk and we will look into your country’s delivery and legislative status with regards to electronic cigarettes.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has been accepted, you will get a confirmation email. Once it's been dispatched, you will receive notification again via email. Order dispatch time can vary depending on the daily order volume but we aim to have all orders dispatched within 3 Working days. Please allow extra time for busy periods and holiday periods, we are constantly striving to improve this and are aiming for a 48 hour turn around. If an order/delivery is very urgent, important or expensive, please contact us by email to ensure we can meet your needs before placing your order.
My Order has not arrived yet.
The speed of Postal and Courier services tends to vary and is outside of our control. Most orders should be received the day after dispatch. If you have not yet received a dispatch notice, please be sure you contact us to see what the status of your order is.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
We have a Flat Rate Shipping which is Royal Mail First Class £2.50 Regardless of weight, Though we do offer free Shipping over £50 using the "FREESHIP" Discount Code.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Your order status will be updated once the order has been dispatched, you will get an email letting you know the details and you can also check by logging into your account and checking your order history. If your order has not been updated, please use the Contact Us section of the site to enquire about the status of your order, or e-mail quoting your order number.
What do the different Order Statuses mean?
Pending - We have received your order, any changes can be made. If you wish to make changes please use contact us or reply to your confirmation email to contact us immediately.
Processing - Your order is being put together in our warehouse or we are waiting on a stock delivery. If we are waiting on stock, we will notify you so you can decide if you want to remove the item from your order, substitute it, receive a refund, or wait until it arrives.
Cancelled (Non Payment) - Payment was not completed and the order has been cancelled. Sometimes this is due to not fully completing at the checkout, or not completing payment after order confirmation.
Return To Sender - Your order has been returned to us for some reason, we will contact you if this happens. Additional shipping charges may be necessary depending on the circumstances the item was returned under.
Possibly Lost in Transit - Your item has going missing in transit and we are working on a solution.
On Hold - We are waiting for your email response to an order query, or you have chosen your order to be held and dispatched on a later date.
Dispatched (showing chosen method) - This means your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Awaiting Collection - This means that your order is complete and ready for you to collect from us.
Delivered (showing chosen method) - This is for our own use to sign off what orders have been fully completed.
Will you ship to my Country?
It is your responsibility to check with your local Postal Service to confirm if any items being purchased are classed as Prohibited Goods within your country. If you have purchased an item/s which is classed as Prohibited Goods and it is not delivered, we cannot offer refunds. If the item/s are returned to Bowman Specialised Liquids for this reason, we will refund the value of the items returned minus any shipping/packing or other incurred costs.
